To achieve this, the project focused on creating an impactful packaging design that encapsulated the essence of Okpa. The design featured a carefully selected color palette of red (representing palm oil), orange (the warm hue of cooked Okpa), and milk tones (symbolizing the neatness and quality of the flour and its pairing with pap). The use of the Ojuju font, with its locally inspired aesthetic, gave the packaging a nostalgic and authentic feel, appealing to Nigerians abroad while remaining approachable to new audiences.
